Our team attended the 2026 Texas United Conference, joining United Way professionals and partners from across the state for three days of collaboration, learning, and forward-thinking conversations.

By the second day, the experience had already proven valuable. From engaging plenary sessions to hands-on learning opportunities, the conference equipped our team with fresh insights and practical strategies to bring back to Orange County. Topics such as data-driven decision-making, community impact through ALICE, communications and storytelling, and emerging tools like AI for nonprofits helped shape how we continue to evolve and serve our community more effectively.

Beyond the sessions, the gathering provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships across the United Way network, exchange ideas, and explore innovative approaches to shared challenges. These conversations were critical as we continued advancing our focus on Healthy Community, Youth Opportunity, Financial Security, and Community Resiliency.

We returned with new ideas, strengthened partnerships, and renewed momentum to support the important work happening right here at home.
