United Way of Orange County is pleased to announce the recipients of its 2026 Impact Grants, providing support for local projects designed to address specific community needs and create meaningful impact throughout Orange County.
The Impact Grant program provides funding for innovative, targeted, and time-limited projects that fall outside an organization’s regular program funding. Each year, United Way evaluates applications based on the needs addressed, the potential community benefit, and the project’s ability to produce measurable results.
This year’s funded projects represent a wide range of community needs and opportunities. Grant support will help local organizations strengthen transportation and operational capacity, improve safety and facilities for youth, enhance therapeutic services, expand access to youth sports, and strengthen resources supporting individuals and families experiencing food insecurity.
Funding will also support educational and developmental opportunities, including literacy and math enrichment for children and initiatives that expand an organization’s ability to serve the community.
These investments reflect United Way of Orange County’s commitment to supporting projects that respond to identified community needs and provide tangible benefits to individuals, families, and communities throughout Orange County.
The 2026 Impact Grant awards were presented to recipients during United Way of Orange County’s Campaign Kickoff Breakfast, bringing together community partners and supporters to celebrate the impact being made throughout the community.
United Way of Orange County is grateful to the donors, volunteers, and community partners who make these investments possible. By working together, we can support innovative solutions, strengthen local organizations, and help create a stronger Orange County for everyone.
Together, United is the way.
