Corporate Volunteer Manager (Dow Grant Funded Position)

Laci Gibbens serves as the Corporate Volunteer Manager for Dow and United Way of Orange County, a role she has proudly held for the past six years. In this position, she’s found the perfect balance between the corporate and nonprofit worlds, pairing strategic collaboration with her passion for serving the community. Through her work, Laci has developed a deep appreciation for the nonprofits that make Orange County such a strong and compassionate place to live.

Laci is actively engaged in community leadership. She serves on the LCM Education Foundation Board, helps lead CAB, and is an Ambassador for the Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce. She is also a graduate of Leadership Southeast Texas, Class of 2023.

Laci holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Lamar University and an Associate of Liberal Arts from Lamar State College Orange. Born and raised in Orange, she has a lifelong commitment to giving back to the community that shaped her and where she is now raising her two sons, Ridlee and McCoy.
