Nonprofits not a current UWOC funded Partner Agency must be submit the following items with application:

  • 501C3
  • Copy of last audit
  • Organizational budget

If your nonprofit is awarded this grant, you agree to submit an Impact Results Report and return any unused funds to UWOC. Application deadline is 9/30/2025. Projects must be completed by 12/5/2025. Results report due 12/12/2025.
