Community Impact Specialist

Chrissie Mouton serves as the Community Impact Specialist for United Way of Orange County, where she is dedicated to strengthening programs and partnerships that make a lasting difference in the lives of local residents.


Born and raised in Orange, Chrissie spent more than two decades in television news, highlighting stories that shaped and inspired the community—earning numerous awards for her work. Her career has since focused on meaningful service and advocacy, including her time with Family Services of Southeast Texas, supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.


Outside of work, Chrissie is an active artist working in a variety of mediums, frequently showing her work in local galleries and teaching community art classes. She also enjoys fishing, bowling, and spending time in nature.

 Chrissie serves on the board for Insight Meditation of Southeast Texas and is a member of both the Orange Coastal Conservation Association and The Art Studio, Inc.
